What We Believe

Meaningful work deserves to be told with honesty and depth.

We make cinematic, human-first films for the disability, aged care, healthcare and social impact sectors. The places where impact stories live, and where they’re the hardest to tell well.

We care as much about how a story is told as what it says. Every person who trusts us with their story is treated with the same respect your organisation promises them. That’s not a production value. It’s the whole point.

What Makes Us Different

Craft and care, in equal measure.

01

Lived experience: We understand these sectors from the inside: the struggles, the sensitivities, and what actually makes a difference.

02

Cinematic craft: Real documentary filmmaking, not run-and-gun. Cinema-grade equipment and a small, focused crew.

03

Storytelling narrative: Every story is built with emotional structure from the ground up, not assembled in the edit.

04

Ethical production: Every participant is treated with care and dignity, from the first conversation to the final cut.

Founder & Creative Director

Marcos Peluffo

I came to Australia in 2014 with a backpack and a working holiday visa, and started a job that changed my life: supporting a man named Phil, who lives with a disability. I spent the next decade working as a support carer, travelling the world alongside the people I cared for and sharing their most ordinary and most vulnerable moments. Phil became one of my closest friends. He was best man at my wedding, and he’s like an uncle to my kids.

That decade taught me what real impact looks like, and how rarely it gets told properly. Too often the people at the centre of these stories are reduced to a diagnosis or a marketing line. I started Little Frames to change that: to tell these stories with the honesty, intimacy and respect they deserve, and to make people feel something when they watch.

Outside of work, I’m a father, a husband and a surfer, usually with a camera somewhere close by.
